These two brands are part of the Carnival brand and I was on the team that redesigned one component based system for them.

The Ask

Leverage content, design and functionality so that both Seabourn and Holland America on-site journey is as enriching as the travel experience itself.

The Challenge

Each brand is unique and the new designs need to convey the same premium experience their ships offer. How do we create an experience that matches a premium quality conveyed on their ship and work for both brands?

The Solution

The solution is to create an experience with a focus on searching itineraries and booking.

Project Details & Role

My role as Sr. Experience Designer in this engagement included creating high fidelity wireframes and prototypes for the Sapient User Research Team, as well as writing annotations for functional specifications. Contact me to discuss details in person.
