Redesign the e-commerce platform for Lululemon that appeals to its customer base the same way their clothing stores do.
Their heritage and brand feel disjointed from their existing e-commerce experience. How do we create engagement between the e-commerce site and their customers, the same way their stores connect with customers in person?
The solution was to create deeper, more relevant and actionable connections with guests, wherever they are. This also inspired the vision for content: Seamless, motivational content that intertwines brand and product and makes learning and shopping effortless. All delivered wherever guests are.
As Sr. Experience Designer, I was involved in the discovery and design phases of the project, creating wireframes and prototypes for the web experience.This project was completed in a total of 7 weeks, split into 3 batches. The platform was designed to be responsive on a new Adobe AEM platform.
